Snappy Carwash

I've been coming here since the price was $15 and change. They keep raising the price but the quality gets worse every time. Last time i paid $22 and it was okay. This time i paid $27 and tipped so over $30 and my car is still dirty. I don't expect a detail, obviously, but they barely cleaned it. Dirt that can come off a hard surface with cleaner should be cleaned. My car is still filthy. I'm never coming here again. The clean gets worse and worse every time. The quality isn't what it used to be but the price keeps going up. I'm done. The vacuuming isn't bad but i can do that myself at the $7 car wash.

I’ve Paid $34 for an inside and outside wash. These photos were taken about 45 minutes after the service, and the vehicle was not used in between. There was still dirt, crumbs, debris, and dust throughout the interior, especially in the cargo area, around the floor mats, and along the edges. I wasn’t expecting a full detail, but I did expect a proper vacuum and basic interior cleaning. Unfortunately, the quality of work did not justify the price. Photos speak for themselves.

The owner of this car wash is extremely arrogant and completely unprofessional. He has zero respect for customers and openly said, “I own the business, I can talk to anybody however I want.” That tells you everything you need to know about how this place is run. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I strongly do not recommend this business. This’s the dude very rude!!!!!

If they would just SLOW DOWN and spend an extra minute or two on each car this would be a good car wash like it used to be. Now it's literally a waste of our hard earned money. SLOW DOWN SNAPPY!

This has to be the most disappointing car wash experience I've had in years. I've been a loyal customer at Snappy Car Wash for a long time, but the service has fallen off a cliff. My car came out of the wash barely looking cleaner than when it went in. There was still a visible film on the windows, and the entire back bumper was completely missed. It was a sloppy, rushed job, and the name "Snappy" now seems to refer to the speed at which they get rid of you, not the quality of the wash. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude. When I tried to point out where my car was still dirty, the cleaners were yelling over me, acting completely impatient and unprofessional. Their disrespectful attitude made the whole experience incredibly unpleasant. If I have to fight with the staff and then basically clean the car's interior and exterior myself afterward, why did I pay for a full-service wash? I should have just gone to a drive-thru and handled the inside myself. What a complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
